Toyota Australia The OEC Director and Associates have delivered a number of projects to Toyota since they became a client in 2002. The projects involved a variety of levels and divisions in the organisation from the Product Engineering Division to all the General Managers of the Manufacturing Division, and subsequently as a partner with the Human Resources Division. Projects involved reporting to the Director of the Manufacturing Division and the Divisional General Manager of Human Resources. As Divisional Strategy Project Facilitator the OEC Director worked at Director and Vice-President level in broadly-based group facilitation concerning strategy for TMCA. |

Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) The organisation sponsored leadership coaching over twelve sessions for a Senior Executive Service General Manager having system wide-responsibilities as a part of normal professional development within the commission. Given the novelty of this approach to development within the organisation the assignment was essentially conducted covertly. However, it still achieved recognised results following a careful but thorough evaluation process. |

Australian Defense Force (Army) Over a period of several years, the OEC Director lectured on leadership at Fort Queenscliffe and conducted the first multi-rater 360 feedback assessment for approximately 100 officer trainees in residence and led follow-through symposium – seminar reviews for application purposes in professional development. He was also contracted through OEC as a civilian to be part of a team of three specialists to draft military doctrine on junior leadership. |

Reporting to the Chairman of the firm, OEC worked for almost two years with all the partners in this long established legal firm in a leadership development project to improve staff engagement, productivity and cross-divisional integration at a challenging time. |

Bakers Delight Holdings and associated Franchisees Over a period in excess of six years, OEC worked with the CEO and Founder of Bakers Delight, all Regional Managers and Head Office Specialist Managers to evolve individuals’ performance, team effectiveness and transformational leadership across the Holding Organisation at a time of rapid growth and national and international expansion. The OEC Director assisted the facilitation of the formation of a new top management group and worked with role changes of the CEO with the consolidation of a new Baker's Delight Board, working alongside other specialist consultants. |
