The OEC Team:
     Are experienced Organisational Psychologists who are very well regarded by their peers and clients alike;
     Specialises in coaching for professional and personal development to achieve optimal outcomes;
     Works with individuals within organisations covertly or openly as is ethically appropriate;
     Works with groups and departments in organisations on agreed organisation change and development projects;
     Undertakes counselling for workplace mental health issues, including depression, bullying and stress overload;
     Contributes to the professions through the provision of tailored PD and at national / international conferences.
